Breakfast
Coasely ground wheat(Thuli) + ghee(Tadka) (1 big Bowl) or Oats or Bread Omelette(4 pisces of Bread). After 5-10 min than take milk + almonds(10)Lunch
Any type of Dal You can take(1 Bowl) + 3 Chapati + Salad + Lassi(Without Sugar)Evening Snacks
Any type of Fruit you can take or Fruit Salad.Lunch
Any type of Sabji(2 Bowl) + 2 Chapati + Salad At Night 1 cup Milk.
NORMAL DIET PLAN 1
Morning
Aloe Vera water(Add 1 cup hot water + 1/2 Lemon + Aloe vera + honey)
Breakfast
Khichri(without rice) + ghee(Tadka) (1 big Bowl) or Oats or Bread Omelette(4 pisces of Bread) After 5-10 min than take milk + Jaggery scoop.Lunch
Any type of Dal You can take(1 Bowl) + 3 Chapati + Salad + Lassi(Without Sugar) Or 1 Bowl rice + 1 Bowl Dal.Evening Snacks
10 almonds + Fruit Salad.Lunch
Any type of Sabji(2 Bowl) + 2 Chapati + 1 bowl Dal + Salad. At Night 1 cup Milk. + 40 min Walk and 15 min workout
